A design is still processing

Use Recover design to check the existing request. It will not start another generation. A completed result stays recoverable for one hour. If you discard a pending request and start again, the original may already have used credits.

Purchases and cancellation

Use Restore purchases with the same store account. Manage or cancel in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Store refund policies apply. Changing stores does not transfer a subscription.

Saved projects

Projects are stored on your device. Deleting them, clearing browser/app data or uninstalling may remove them permanently. Export important designs first. This version has no app-managed cloud sync or backup. Operating-system backup or device-transfer settings may still apply.

Report a result

Use Report beside a generated or saved result, choose a reason and add an optional note. The app confirms when the service has received the report. Reports do not automatically send the source or generated photo.

Practical safety

AI designs are inspiration. Ask qualified professionals to check structural changes, wiring, plumbing, materials, measurements and plant suitability.
